Job Description:

We are looking to appoint a dedicated Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager in Gujarat city. This role will be a combination of service and sales responsibilities, focusing on critical care equipment within medical private and government hospitals, medical colleges institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and its requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality service support for critical care equipment at Gujarat city
• Engage with government clients for sales opportunities.
• Demo, Manage installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of critical care equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private hospital stake holders and institutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of sales-related issues and provide regular updates to clients.
• Drive sales and support business development for the company within the private sector.
• Assist in identifying market opportunities for expanding the company's presence in private accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in critical care equipment services in private hospital and medical college institutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of critical care equipment, sales protocols.
• Ability to drive sales initiatives performance in private setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Any degree with a focus on healthcare or technical fields is preferred.
